This self-paced training keeps equity at the heart to inspire participants to reevaluate, reallocate and reimagine power to focus on the mission, vision, and alignment of those most impacted by historic and current power imbalance. The four presentations and accompanying companion guide will offer clear connections between dimensions of power and strategies to begin intentionally shifting power for more equitable outcomes. Through scenarios and activities, participants will identify and deconstruct inequitable mental models, while receiving tools to achieve more equitable outcomes.

It is also available for individuals working in public health, particularly those in governmental agencies.
