In today's divided era, respectful conversations matter more than ever. This recorded webinar will explore civil discourse, teach de-escalation techniques, and help you build real connection—even in tough talks. You'll learn how to: listen actively and communicate with compassion, de-escalate tension in conversations, and find common ground even with differing views.
