This will include a focus on communication and trauma-informed leadership in order to equip practitioners to effectively lead through change and urgent challenges. Each module focuses on change management and adaptive leadership through a different lens, starting with the individual in module one, interpersonal and team in module two, and expanding out to community and partners in module three.
