This course aims to equip participants with resources and tools to effectively manage and lead change. Participants will learn to use a diagnostic tool to assess readiness for change in their own organization.

Audience

Public health, nursing, and other allied health students and professionals, as well as those from other disciplines and sectors interested in leadership, management, and collaboration.

Learning Objectives

  • Recognize a framework for understanding and managing change
  • Identify individual and organizational dynamics that occur in times of change
  • Assess readiness for the real work of change
  • Apply at least one recommended action step for each phase of change
