This recorded webinar will provide information on the recertification process for those who hold the CHES®/MCHES® certification. Whether newly certified or credentialed for years, CHES®/MCHES® will benefit from the information presented.

This session is intended for health educators with existing CHES®/MCHES® certifications.
Learning Objectives
- Identify the key requirements and fees for maintaining active CHES® and MCHES® certification
- Differentiate between Category I and Category II CECH and locate eligible opportunities through NCHEC resources
- Apply best practices for tracking, documenting, and submitting CECH and Continuing Competency credits via the NCHEC online portal
- Explain NCHEC policies regarding extensions, carryover, and lapses to ensure continued certification compliance
