This three-part recorded training series is designed to provide local governmental public health practitioners with knowledge and tools to help develop robust succession plans and demystify the succession planning process overall. The training covers an overview of succession planning in session one, a focus on the analysis phase in session two, and concludes with a discussion on the strategy and implementation phases in the final session. The series consists of three 60-minute recorded sessions.
This training was originally presented on April 9, April 22, and May 7, 2025.
