Organizational Sustainability in Changing Times Series

A two-part series in which panel discussions will help explore succession planning and mentoring staff in public health.

Retirement, workforce turnover, and unforeseeable public health emergencies can all threaten an organization's performance. Public health practitioners across all levels must integrate professional development processes into both their short- and long- term planning. By investing in organizational development opportunities now, public health organizations will be better prepared for an uncertain future.

Part 2 - Mentoring Staff

Part 2 of the webinar series will provide an overview of mentoring in organizational development and sustainability. The panelists will provide guidance for effective mentorship in various contexts, as well as strategies to best prepare both mentors and mentees working in public health roles.

While it is preferable to register for and participate in both sessions, participants do not need to attend both in order to receive CE for a given webinar.
