Full course description
This training is designed to introduce the Collective Impact framework through the lens of food systems work. Participants will reflect on didactic content through a case scenario in which stakeholders come together to discuss school lunch menu recommendations.
Public health professionals and students in all settings, including governmental public health, non-profits, health systems, etc. who are interested in collective impact as a model for partnership in public health practice.
Recognize the multiple perspectives that arise in complex systems
Recognize the need for collaborating across sectors
Identify how an intentional framework, like collective impact, can facilitate cross-sector collaboration
